Why Portland calls us

A Real Crew, On Your Street, Today

Call us and you get a neighbor, not a call center. We’re a Portland company with our own trucks, our own technicians and our own equipment, and the person who answers the phone is the person who sends the crew.

We answer 24/7

Nights, weekends, holidays. A real person picks up, every single time.

On-site in 60 minutes

Our trucks stay stocked and spread across the metro, so we start working the minute we walk in.

Insurance handled

We photograph the loss, speak to your adjuster and bill the carrier ourselves.

Local & certified

IICRC certified, and licensed, bonded and insured in both Oregon and Washington.

Every hour counts

The Longer You Wait, The Worse It Gets

Water soaks into drywall and subfloor within minutes. Mold can take hold in as little as 48 hours, and once that happens a simple dry-out turns into demolition, containment and remediation.

Calling early is the single biggest thing you can do to keep your claim small and your home intact. It costs you nothing to have us come and look.

Insurance claims

We Deal With Your Insurance So You Don’t Have To

Filing a water claim is where most homeowners lose money. Documentation gets missed, scopes get undervalued, and work gets denied after the fact.

We photograph and log the damage to carrier standards, write the scope in the same software your adjuster already uses, talk to them directly and bill the carrier. Most homeowners only pay their deductible.

Call us before you file. A five minute conversation up front can change what your claim ends up being worth.

Reuben was very professional and friendly. He gave us an assessment on a possible moisture issue in our basement. He is genuinely trying to help rather than sell you something.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We answer the phone day or night, and we’re usually at your door in Portland within 60 minutes. Our trucks stay stocked and spread across the metro, so we can start pulling water the moment we arrive instead of driving back for equipment.

Sudden and accidental water damage, like a burst pipe, a failed water heater or an appliance overflow, is covered by most homeowner policies. Gradual leaks and flooding from outside usually are not. We document everything to carrier standard so your adjuster has what they need, and we’ll tell you straight if we think a claim won’t fly.

Yes. We work directly with your adjuster and bill the carrier, so most homeowners only pay their deductible. If you’d rather not file at all, we’ll quote the job privately and offer financing through Acorn Finance.

Most homes dry in three to five days. We set up air movers and dehumidifiers, take moisture readings every day, and only pull the equipment once the structure genuinely meets dry standard, not just when it feels dry to the touch.

In most water losses, yes. The equipment is noisy but perfectly safe to live around. Sewage backups and heavy mold may mean staying somewhere else for a few days, and we’ll tell you honestly on day one so you can plan.

Shut the water off at the main if you can reach it safely, keep clear of standing water near outlets and electrical panels, then call us at (503) 908-9663. We’ll talk you through what to move and what to photograph while the crew is already on its way.
